HOW TO DO A RETURN

1.Step
Please inform us of your request for a refund, return or exchange within 7 days after you receive the goods. You can contact our customer support via E-mail service@amadawear.com using the subject "Return #yourordernumber"

Our return department will respond to your questions as fast as possible during CET working houers. We will offer you the instruments and return address according to your specific requirements.


2. Step 
UAE Returns:
We will pickup your order.
For returns; A fee of 40aed will be charged and deducted from your refunded amount. 
For exchanges: We will bear the cost for the pickup & re-delivery (one time only)

International Returns:
We don’t provide free return labels to international orders, so we suggest

1. Using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.
2. Request a DHL/ARAMEX return label from us with a scheduled pickup time ( 60-100aed depending country)

You have to bear the cost for the return and the redelivery including any applicable custom charges. You must keep the reciept and tracking number of your returned parcel until we confirm that we received the goods.

3. Step
After receiving the returned goods, we will arrange the exchange or refund.
The shipping cost will be deducted from the total amount returned, unless the items were sent wrong or with a defect. We will issue the refund to the same payment method used to purchase.
For COD orders we will set up a storevoucher valid for 1 year.



Defective & Wrong items
Defective items must be reported within 3 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not accept the return and not issue any refund. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package. In this case we will arrange and cover the costs of a replacement or issue you a storevoucher.

 

RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED WHEN:

  • Items are in their original and unused condition
  • Tags remain attached to garments
  • Garments are unworn, unwashed and unstained (makeup, deodorant etc.)
  • No clearance merchandise that was sold on more than 50% discount
  • SALE ITEMS:

    We do not offer refunds for Any Sale Items. Sale Items can either receive store credit for the same value of the product(s) or Exchange with the same product of different size.


Our returns department has the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet the original condition. In this instance, the returned item WILL NOT be sent back to the consumer.
