Refund policy

Email us at service@amadawear.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, name, and the items you'd like to return or exchange. We'll respond within 48 business hours (GST) with the next steps (weekends closed).

Items will only be accepted if they meet the following conditions:

  • Items are in their original and unused condition
  • Tags remain attached to garments
  • Garments are unworn, unwashed and unstained (makeup, pet hair, perfume, deodorant etc.)
  • Final Sale items discounted at 30% or more. We do only issue store credit . Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

    Our returns department reserves the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet the above conditions. In this instance, the returned item will not be sent back to the customer unless the total re-shipping fee is paid by the customer.

    UAE Returns – 40 AED:
    One of our delivery drivers will collect your order within 3 days at the delivery address.
    A fee of 40 AED will be charged and deducted from the final refunded amount.

    UAE Exchanges – FREE:
    After receiving the item/s back to our warehouse,  we will send you the exchange item/s free of charge within 3 days. If the desired item is out of stock, we issue a store credit valid for one year. We only exchange the items one time per order.

    Other GCC Returns( Bahrain,Qatar,Oman, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait)
    We arrange a DHL/ARAMEX/NAQEL door pick up within 3 working days after raising a return request. A fee of 60 AED will be charged and deducted from the final refunded amount.

    Other GCC Exchanges: (Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia)
    Once we receive your items, we will send your exchange items free of charge within 7 working days.Exchanges are allowed one time per order. If the desired item is out of stock, we issue a store credit voucher valid for one year.

    When will I get my refund?:
    Once your return is processed and passed quality check, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method. You can expect to see this reflected on your bank statement within 7-10 business days. 

Please note, for Cash On Delivery (COD) orders, we will issue a store credit which will be valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. A store credit notification will be sent to your email used to order.



Defective & Incorrect Items:
Defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not accept the return and not issue any refund. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. In this case we will arrange and cover the costs of a replacement or issue you a store credit.
